Two new photos of the sun setting over the beautiful valleys and mountains of the Magaliesburg mountains, in Gauteng, South Africa has been added to the South African Landscape Photography gallery. The images show the edge of the Magaliesburg mountain range looking off into the flat agricultural North West Province of South Africa. This photo was taken in late summer after some heavy rain storms had cleared.

Our photographic galleries were finally launched today.
We would like to welcome clients to the new image gallery and print ordering system. Non-registered clients are able to browse the gallery at thumbnail level and will not be able to see the larger image, image details or access any of the other gallery features without first registering as a member.
The full gallery system has many great features. You are able to see larger previews of all images and also have the ability to download comp images for use in artwork or design mock ups. You have the ability to create your own favourites list so you always have quick and easy access to your favourite images and from your favourites list you can also download comps of all your favourite images. You also have the ability to watch slideshows inside each gallery and there is a search function to help you find specific images quickly. Registered clients can also request a print or enquire about editorial use with one easy click of a button. All comp images are watermarked.
These galleries will serve as the first point of contact for any images and you will find many images which have never been publicly released on other galleries and forums. We'll be publishing new images in the galleries regularly from this point on, so visit often and you'll keep seeing new images.
Unfortunately user registration is a very necessary step in combatting the plague of online image theft but it also leads to a better and more personalised user experience. Additionally, in order to process image purchase or usage requests we of course need to know who you are. There are many other benefits that only registered users will gain access to.

We are getting close to launching our new gallery system and it's looking great so far. We aim to have this launched within the next 72 hours and the wait has been worth it. We will have a sample gallery for unregistered users with very limited functionality and only registered members will gain access to the full gallery and ordering system. Watch this space !!

We've launched a special limited edition series calendar which is truly a sight to behold. The calendar contains several of Mitchell Krog's most popular images including a number of as yet unreleased images. The calendar is extremely high quality and no expense has been spared in its production. The initial run of 100 are being sold through a very select outlet in a prime location. During our second print run we will have a certain limited number of the calendars available for purchase here on the web site and more news regarding that will follow soon. Registered members will automatically be notified when these are available and will have a few days to grab a copy before the information is released publicly on the web site.
