Mitchell is no stranger to the road and has travelled to many of Southern Africa's finest landscape photography locations always returning with memorable images that have become highly sought after by art collectors, publishers and creative agencies.

Mitchell is one of South Africa's leading professional landscape photographers. His style is instantly recognisable and his images stir a variety of emotions in the viewer. He seems to have the uncanny ability to capture the soul and essence of the places he photographs and wherever he goes dramatic light always seems to follow. What started as a hobby for him several years ago eventually turned into a full time career and much of his photographic career is now dedicated to landscape and fine art photography. His images have been used in many publications, books and magazines and a great deal of his time while not in the field goes to processing images, dealing with clients' image requests and overseeing the printing of the fine art collectables.

Mitchell's collection of images including many previously unreleased images are now available in print form in both regular and limited edition runs. All images are printed on the finest acid-free archival papers and canvas ensuring only the finest quality. All handling of print orders is done under the banner of Living Canvas Photography and we are by no means a mass-print institution. All orders and enquiries are dealt with on a per client basis. We do not keep stock of the fine art prints. Each print job is handed off to the printer after the client has selected the images and other matters like payment have been addressed.

Living Canvas also represent the stock imaging side of Mitchell Krog's photography. We are not your regular stock imaging agency and this ensures that images that our clients purchase are not images that 100 other people might have bought today. We meet with each client to discuss their needs and then provide a sample selection of images based on the clients specifications or drafts. All images on this web site including images in the galleries have a unique reference number which is revealed by simply holding your mouse over the image, so at any time if you have an enquiry on a specific image simply note down the reference number/s and fill in the form below to enquire about them.

In producing our Fine Art collectable landscape prints, no expense is spared and each print job is carefully inspected and quality checked before being signed and shipped off. Even the slightest imperfection in the printing work is not accepted and we work with a professional print house who take quality just as seriously as we do. Some images are available in limited edition series' only, ranging in print quantity depending on the specific image while other images fall into a regular series catalogue. All prints come with a certificate of authenticity and the print is personally signed by Mitchell Krog. Detailed framing suggestions and guidelines are also included with the print to ensure that the print will last for many years.
